A view from the Collserola Tower
This gigantic construction was inaugurated with the purpose of improving communications during the Olympic Games celebrated in Barcelona in 1992. Located at 560 metres above sea level, this is the highest point from which you can see the city. The architect in charge of the idea for the construction of this tower wanted to build a glazed, panoramic vantage point on the 10th floor, offering 360 degree views of the entire city and beyond. On bright and clear days it is possible to see up to 70 kilometres in the distance. You will have to pay a fee in order to get up to the top, but it is undoubtedly a worthy experience.
Views from the Museum of National Art of Catalonia
If you’re looking for a hotel near Barcelona to spend a few days enjoying this marvellous city, another vantage point from which you can enjoy some gorgeous views of the city is the Museum of National of Art of Catalonia.
